printculture terms and conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand and agree them before ordering any product from the website. 

1. Changes in Terms and Conditions

   1.1 PrintCulture reserves the right to revise, amend or update this Agreement at any time and for any reason without notice.
   1.2 We also have the right at any time to change our website, its content, the products and the prices that feature on the website without notice.

2. Prices, Deposit and Payment

   2.1 All prices on our site are inclusive of GST and it is subject to change without notice.
   2.2 All prices on our site are in Australian dollars.
   2.3 Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and Bank Transfer. Cheque is not accepted.
   2.4 We do require a 20% deposit of total price to process any artwork and it is non-refundable.
   2.5 Full payment is required once an artwork has been approved by the customers. Orders will be processed after full payment is confirmed.

3. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

   3.1 We do not refund any deposit or full payment.
   3.2 All orders are final as our products are customized for individual customer. Once an order is placed to print, it cannot be cancelled.
   3.3 Any claim for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the customers in writing no later than 7 calendar days after delivery.
         If no such claim is made, PrintCulture and the customer will understand that the job has been fully accepted.

4. Artworks, Proofs and Production

   4.1 All files provide must have a minimum resolution of 300dpi. Files that are submitted with less than 300dpi may appear fuzzy or pixelated.
   4.2 We are not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK. To ensure that your artwork or file gets the best colour spaces,
         please make sure to create your file in CMYK and upload in CMYK. You may also upload in RGB if you choose, however the colour will be converted to
         CMYK and may not be as accurate as in your monitor.
   4.3 Files should be saved in CYMK format and failure to do so may result in colour differences from the original file. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to
         ensure that all files are correctly saved, in the correct format.
   4.4 Where proofs are provided for the customer’s approval, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all artwork is correct (including
         spelling, grammatical errors, punctuation, etc) and ready for print. The artwork will be printed as it appears during the approval step.
   4.5 We cannot change the design once this has been submitted for printing and any error in the artwork shall be the customer’s responsibility.
   4.6 We provide two free rounds of edits during proofing. If customer requires more changes than this, there will be an extra charge $25 per round of edits
          which is to be paid before we complete the artwork.
   4.7 We provide professional design services at an additional cost between $90 and $120 including GST per hour depending on the size of the job and
          three rounds of edits are included.
   4.8 PrintCulture processes Gang Run printing for the majority of orders. Gang Run printing refers to the production process of combining multiple jobs to
          print together on the same paper sheet in an effort to reduce printing costs. All Gang Run printings are subject to a (+/-) 5% colour variation between
          artwork proofs and the completed job.
   4.9 (+/-) 5% colour variation is common in printing processes due to differences in equipment, paper stock, inks and other conditions. It will be considered
          acceptable performance.
   4.10 (+/-) 5-10% quantity variation is generally understood and accepted in printing processes. In this case no refunds or additional charges will become due.
   4.11 During the trimming process, the stock can shift 1-2mm in any direction due to the pressure of the blade, stock characteristics, or any other conditions.
            A shift like this is normally unnoticeable however it can become noticeable if a border is included in the artwork. Therefore we cannot guarantee
            consistent width outside a border.
   4.12 We recommend that the customer checks overprint preview for every project, even though overprint function is not used intentionally, to see if
            everything looks the way as intended. Incorrect use can produce unwanted results. We will not be responsible for misuse of the overprint function.
   4.13 All requests for changes of any kind must be made in writing to avoid misunderstanding.
   4.14 PrintCulture reserves the right to reject any orders.

5. Shipping

   5.1 Our prices include freight to the most destinations in Australia.
   5.2 PrintCulture may charge an additional cost if the delivery location is outside metropolitan areas, please contact us for more information.
   5.3 Please be aware that shipping transit time varies depending on the location. For urgent deliveries, we recommend you to contact us to arrange it.
         It will be available at an additional cost.
   5.4 PrintCulture will always act to make sure delivery schedule are met. However, we are not responsible for any delay, loss or damage incurred during
         shipping caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, customers providing invalid postal address or any other circumstances beyond
         PrintCulture’s direct control.

6. Privacy Statement

   6.1 PrintCulture recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy.
   6.2 We collect personal information from the customers for the use of this website such as contact, billing, shipping and special notification.
   6.3 We do not share your personal information with any other third party.
       

7. Reprints

   7.1 If PrintCulture must reprint for any reason, we must use the original file approved by the customers. Under no circumstances will we accept new file
         for reprint.

8. Samples

    8.1 PrintCulture may use your products for samples or advertising purposes either online or offline.

9. Limitation of Liability

    9.1 PrintCulture will not be liable in any loss, damage, costs, expenses, or consequences arising directly or indirectly from any failure or delay in performing
          any obligation under this contract by reason of any event or circumstance beyond PrintCulture’s direct control including any industrial action, failure of
          power supplies, equipment, weather condition or act of God.
    9.2 PrintCulture will not be liable in any way from direct or indirect damages from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of printculture.com.au
           website.
